The hammam is a steam bath offering gentle moist heat between 40 and 50°C, with a humidity level close to 100%. This wellness space promotes muscle relaxation, helps eliminate tension, and provides a deep sense of relaxation. The hot steam also helps to purify the skin, open pores, and facilitate breathing.
